1. Who we are

baseballlineup.ca is a web application for baseball team lineup management, developed and operated in Québec, Canada.

2. Data collected

As part of using the application, we collect the following information:

About the coach (account holder):

• Email address
• Team name and category

About players:

• Player first and last names
• Jersey number
• Playing positions and tactical preferences
• Per-game performance ratings (internal team notes)

We do not collect payment information directly — transactions are handled by a secure third-party provider.

3. Data involving minors

Players registered in the application may be minors. As such:

• Only the coach responsible for the account has access to their team's data
• Player data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes
• Data is not publicly accessible
• The coach is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or legal guardians before registering minor players in the application

4. Use of data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Enable game lineup generation
• Display team history and statistics
• Ensure the proper functioning of the application

We do not use your data for advertising purposes and we do not sell it to third parties.

5. Hosting and data transfer

Data is hosted on the following infrastructures:

• Supabase (database) — servers in North America
• Vercel (web hosting) — servers in North America

These providers are subject to their own privacy and security policies.

6. Your rights (Québec Law 25)

In accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25, Québec), you have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw your consent at any time

7. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is removed within 30 days.

8. Cookies and browsing data

The application uses only cookies necessary for authentication and proper service operation. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

9. Terms of use

By using baseballlineup.ca, you agree that:

• The application is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter
• Any misuse or conduct contrary to sports ethics may result in account suspension
• We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice

10. Changes to this policy

Any significant changes will be communicated by email. The last updated date is indicated at the top of this document.
